Manic Oppressive is maintained by Dylan, who is just another one of those random folks that don’t get it. He pretends to do a lot of things, such as composing music, drawing, and writing. He also comtemplates on some of his various philosophical projects and does some reading. In his spare time, he works as a programming consultant.
